2 WAYS TO GET STARTED:

1. Fundamentals Course
( Beginners )

( 3x 60min 1-on-1 Private coaching sessions)

If you are completely new to CrossFit sign up for this 1-on-1 Private fundamentals series. We want all of our members to be safe and confident in all of the movements before attending the group classes. We will go over the following:

  • Dynamic warmups 
  • Weightlifting/Powerlifting ( Squat, Clean & jerk, Snatch)
  • Gymnastic movements ( Pull ups, pushups, etc.)
  • Metabolic conditioning *MetCon ( Task, Time, Interval priority)
  • Mobility

2. Test Out Session
( Experienced )

( 1x 60min 1-on-1 Private coaching session)

We will be testing your capacity as a prerequisite for joining the Group Classes. You MUST demonstrate the following :

  • Barbell Squat/ Pull Progressions (5 Reps for ALL movements) 
  • Olympic lift Progressions ( Barbell Snatch / Clean& Jerk)
  • Kipping/ Ring/ Handstand work ( Demonstrate progressions)
  • Dirty 30 plus task/ interval priority work

During this session the coaching staff will determine whether you are able to join the Group classes. If this is at all intimidating or unfamiliar please consider trying the  Private Fundamental Course instead.

Personal Training

If you’re looking to improve your technique, gain/lose weight, train for a specific event or just prefer a more personalized experience, personal training is the best option. Personal training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period or battling with injuries/health limitations

Your coach will assess your movements, weaknesses and strengths, while creating a program specifically designed to meet your needs.
