3 WAYS TO START:

1. Private Fundamentals Coaching

(3- 50min 1-on-1 sessions)

If you are completely new to CrossFit, or have been sedentary for some time, sign up for this 1-on-1 Private fundamentals series. We want all of our members to be safe and confident in all of the movements before attending the group classes. We will go over the following:

  • Dynamic warmups 
  • Weightlifting/Powerlifting ( Squat, Clean & jerk, Snatch)
  • Gymnastic movements ( Pullups, pushups, etc.)
  • Metabolic conditioning *MetCon ( Task, Time, Interval priority)
  • Mobility
  • 1 on 1 – Purchasing for a single athlete – $249 - Click Here

    2. Group Fundamental Coaching

    (Weekly: M,W,F at 8am only- 50min class)

    This is a great way to start up if you have had some exposure to Strength and Conditioning or CrossFit but need to brush on your technique. We meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8am ONLY. This course has daily pre-set warmups and workouts. You MUST attend all days to pass this fundamentals course. *Make ups are done 1-on-1 with a coach for a $50 fee. 

    Day 1: Warmups - Squats - Lifts - Presses  

    Day 2: Review - Progressions/ Compound lifts - Metcon

    Day 3: Review - Test lifts - Metcon

    3. Personal Training

    Personal Training is the best way to achieve your fitness goals. Your coach will assess your movements, weaknesses and strengths, while creating a program specifically designed to meet your needs.

    If you’re looking to improve your technique, gain/lose weight, train for a specific event or just prefer a more personalized experience, personal training is the best option. Personal training is also recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period or battling with injuries/health limitations.
