M-W-F : 7am-8am
T-Th : 630pm-730pm
Example Session: * all movements are scalable to all fitness levels
Warmup:
  • Jog 200m
  • 100m plyometric dynamic movements
  • 3 sets 5 bodyweight squats and 5 pushups
Workout:
4 Cycle Circuit: 
1min: Max jump rope
1min Max burpees
1min Max jumping jacks
1min Max situps
1Min rest
Cool down:
  • 3 min foam roller 
  • 2 min downward dog 
  • 1 min child pose
