Open Platform Membership

S.F. Barbell Club is a USAW sanctioned facility with top of the line Eleiko, Werksan and Rogue equipment. A baseline understanding of weightlifting is required prior to joining (ie. Snatch and Clean & Jerk). We offer Weekly Programming and Coaching:  

Open Platform Hours : M/W/F: 4:30-7:30PM, T/TH: 4:30-8:30PM, Sat: 8:00AM-10:30AM
